When a Mimetic Beast type 16 completely destroys Oasis Base, Goh is out of commission. Meanwhile, Shizuru is jealous of Anna's relationship with Goh and laments how she can't express her true feelings with Goh. However, Shizuru must help Goh and Anna destroy 16 before it does any damage to Dannar Base.

    • Anna has a brief one when Goh gets wounded by 16.
    • Shizuru is stuck in one throughout most of the episode because of Goh's relationship with Anna.
  • Heroic Second Wind: Shizuru has one after telling Anna that she isn't going to leave Dannar Base.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Goh gets brutally injured by 16's spikes and is hospitalized for it.
  • It's All My Fault: Anna tells Shizuru that she was responsible for causing Goh's injuries in battle. And she's not exactly wrong.

    • Anna when Goh gets injured by 16.
    • Shizuru when she realizes that she might have accidentally caused Anna to faint.
  • Self-Healing Phlebotinum: 16 can use a light-emitting wave to repair itself.
  • Spikes of Doom: 16 has retractable spikes that can cause damage to a robot and the pilot.
