  About 200 years in the future, Silver the Hedgehog is an average San Francisco kid living a normal life... except for his strange and terrible dreams of a dying blue hedgehog, a black hedgehog, and mysterious gems called "Chaos Emeralds". What will he do, when these "figments of his imagination" appear before him in his real life?
  • Issue 2: "Down the Hedgehog Hole" (November 10 - 23, 2007)
  Silver discovers the tip of the iceberg that is his destiny, in the form of Sonic, Shadow, a crazy alternate dimension, and his own budding telekinetic powers.
  • Issue 3: "Memories of Miles" (December 7, 2007 - January 6, 2008)
  Sonic gets in touch with his grief-stricken side when a certain two-tailed blast from the past jogs his memory.
• Old Flames/Secret Rings/Arabian Nights arc
  • Issue 4: "Old Flames, Act I" (January 12 - April 26, 2008)
    In which Sonic and Silver get taken into the magical, and dangerous world of the Arabian Nights. What, or who, will they find there?
  • Issue 5: "Old Flames, Act II" (May 19 - December 7, 2008)
    Ghosts of the future's Sonic and the Secret Rings saga continues here, and ushers in the return of many faces from Sonic's past...
  • Issue 6: "Old Flames, Act III" (December 20, 2008 - August 3, 2009)
    In which the "Arabian Nights" arc of Ghosts of the Future is completed. What adventure will the finale hold for our heroes?
• Issue 7: "Mayhem a la Mode" (August 6, 2009 - December 29, 2010)
  Silver returns to his family's home for the holidays, accompanied by two unwanted house guests: Sonic and Shadow. But Silver's plans for an uneventful break are shattered when a vengeful monster appears to shake things up—chances are, things are gonna get hairy!
• Reveal of Nicole arc*
  • Issue 8: "Priorities" (January 29 - September 12, 2011)
  Silver takes a look at how his life's going, and decides he doesn't like it much... he quits the hero business. But with Silver gone, what will happen to Silver's friends and loved ones?
  • Issue 9: "Live Wire" (October 31, 2011 - April 17, 2012)
  Sonic and Shadow discover Nicole, a mysterious, powerful, and ruthless computer AI with plans for them. What horrors does she have in store?
• Scourge arc
  • Issue 10: "Masakatsu Agatsu" (May 8, 2012 - July 24, 2013)
    Metal Sonic attacks Silver's friends and family! Will Silver be strong enough to fight for them? Also, a new enemy is discovered!
  • Issue 11: "Dark Mirrors" (July 26, 2013 - January 12, 2014)
    Sonic and Silver manage to track down Shadow, but something seems to be off about him. Meanwhile, strange and dangerous spirits close in on our heroes!
  • Issue 12: "Into the Vault" (August 26, 2014 - March 1, 2015)
    Chased through a seriously creepy mansion by the seriously creepy Scourge, Sonic and Silver uncover some shocking secrets...! Also, the adventures of Team Dark and the Chaotix in the distant past come to light.
  • Issue 13: "Reforged" (June 28, 2015 - January 24, 2016)
    It's a battle royale in the New Chaotix base! Silver and Co. have to survive the attacks of the unholy trinity that is Scourge, Metal Sonic, and the mind-controlled Shadow... will they make it? They've got some new allies, but who knows what the villains have up their sleeves! Meanwhile, we peer into the past to see the true nature of Dr. Eggman's evil plot... how far does the conspiracy go?
  • Issue 14: "Breakthrough" (January 24 - October 2, 2016)
    Scourge has kidnapped Vennie, and dragged Silver and friends into the strange and hostile alternate universe of Moebius! It's a time for breaking down barriers and building bridges, but will any of it be enough to fight what's coming?
  • Issue 15: "Tie a Yellow Ribbon" (October 10, 2016 - July 16, 2017)
    The team's adventure on Moebius comes to a close, as a dangerous force is discovered and Scourge makes an important choice.
• Issue 16: "Luces en mi Sombra" (October 1 - November 1, 2017)
  Odd happenings on a November morning bring the team together for a moment of rest and healing, and we see the final chapter in the story of Sonic and Shadow's shared past.
