Sixteen years ago, the daughter of a cybernetics firm's CEO, Eka Tokura, was kidnapped by the New World Brigade terrorist organization. She has since been spotted, looking unchanged decades later. Section Nine is dispatched to recover the girl. This is considered a highly dangerous mission because there has already been an attempt to rescue her by the Coast Guard that ended in miserable failure. Things go south when it's discovered the girl is actually Eka's daughter and the stresses of being a hostage have prematurely aged her. Also, the girl is now leading the terrorist organization.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: What the assumption is about Eka and why she's cooperating with the terrorists.
- Child by Rape: The implications of how her daughter was conceived given she's been a prisoner the entire time.
- Child Soldier: The younger Eka that is now leading the terrorist organization.
- Does This Remind You of Anything?: The kidnapping and brainwashing of heiress Patty Hearst is clearly an inspiration for this episode.
- Identical Grandson: In this case, Identical Daughter.
- Nothing Is Scarier: If you want to find out why Eka is subject to Rapid Aging you can hack into her brain...but it's best if you don't.
- Rapid Aging: Eka has the appearance of an old woman despite being in her mid-thirties at worst.
- Too Dumb to Live: Despite being outclassed by the Super Soldiers of Section 9 the terrorists keep attacking with desperate fanaticism, despite having no cyborg enhancements themselves.
