VPC tries attending a news conference about a series of car thefts in the area, but Owen's obsession with ninjas gets their press credentials removed. Just before VPC goes out grocery shopping, they meet a bicycle-riding guy who appears to be attracted to Zona. (He introduces himself as Jim, but Zona only calls him Bike Boy.)
They meet again near the grocery store and Bike Boy gives his number to Zona. Zona soon starts hanging out with Bike Boy, though Owen and Devin find this new relationship suspicious. Meanwhile, Micah and Ryan become unwitting suspects in the aforementioned car theft case.
