- Mistaken for Gay: Frasier has to deal with this after going into a gay bar wearing short shorts and asking for a man. Alistair also has a hard time believing Niles is straight even though, as Niles points out, he's standing next to his heavily-pregnant wife.
- Noodle Incident: When Daphne asks Alistair if Peter O'Toole will be at the party Alistair says no, and cryptically adds "and he knows why".
- Seven Minute Lull: The music in the bar dies down just as Niles yells "I'm begging you, please take me home!" at Frasier.
- Special Guest: Patrick Stewart as Alistair Burke.
