A new radio personality, Dr. Clint Weber, becomes Eye Candy for the women working at KACL for how handsome he is and Frasier soon becomes jealous of Weber when he overshadows him on his radio show. Elsewhere, Martin is banned from entering a gourmet food store owner for questioning the price of his food, which upsets Eddie as he's taken a liking to the dog food there.
