Froggy Fantasy is the 19th episode in Series 10 of Fireman Sam.
Bronwyn has organized a Froggy Fantasy show at the lido with Sarah, James, Mandy and Norman performing. However, Norman is frustrated that he isn't the star of the show and decides to trap James in the changing room by gluing the door shut when he is still inside it.

- Aesop Amnesia: In Series 7's "Poorly Penny", Station Officer Steele tells Penny that by coming into the work with a cold, she risked putting herself and others in danger. However, here, he informs Elvis, who also has a cold, that a firefighter carries out their work to their best, no matter how sick they are.
- Alliterative Title: Froggy Fantasy
- It's All About Me: Norman believes that he should be the one who performs the Froggy Finale at the end of the show instead of James, even going so far as to use the glue that Mike brought to lock the changing room door while James is still inside.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Norman has this reaction when the fire that he unwittingly started has almost reached the changing rooms that he locked James inside.
- Sick Episode: For Cridlington as he has a cold throughout the episode, but this doesn't stop him from taking part in the forest fire exercise and putting out the fire that was caused by Norman at the lido.
