Frank, Bob Pogo, Rosie, and Red are in Cleveland attending a FAA-mandated X-ray training seminar along with several other airlines, including longtime rivals Alaquippa Airlines, while Sue remains at home in the last days of her pregnancy. Sue and Frank are still angry with each other, but despite both of them longing for the other, they are unable to communicate effectively. Kevin and his friends, branded as "Good Vibe Harbor," are playing at Kweezetoberfest despite their misgivings over the easy-listening music Vic demands that they play.
