The team heads to D.C. to protect Ortiz's former informant, Sheri James, after a hitman tries to kill her. Also, Sarah helps Jess' family prepares for Byron and Marie's last-minute wedding on Jess' farm

It was actually a female Rogue Soldier hired by a congressman to assassinate the informant because he got her pregnant months prior and she was going to have his baby.

- Halfway Plot Switch: The episode goes from thwarting a terrorist attack to the arrest of a Corrupt Politician who was covering up an affair.
- Not Me This Time: After Sheri is found dead, the team suspects it was Nikolla. But it wasn't.
- Samus Is a Girl: The person who killed Sheri and her sister was another woman.
- Take Me Out at the Ball Game: A terror attack occurs on a charity race, with several runners maimed by explosive-laden timing chips in their running shoes. This was done by a drug dealer who blamed America for maiming his cousin during the Serbia bombings in 1999 and driving him to suicide.
