The dragons are blamed for theft and vandalism, and so Mildew rallies the angry townspeople into decreeing that they be banished from Berk.
Tropes:
- Cliffhanger: The dragons have been banished and Mildew has thrown away the evidence of him doing the crimes, but Hiccup did see him do that.
- Delayed Reaction: When doing the trust fall exercise, Hookfang fails to notice Snotlout falling off him until Toothless points it out.
- Frame-Up: Mildew's plan is to frame the dragons for crimes he's committed to get them exiled from Berk.
- Fun with Acronyms: Hiccup's night patrol is called the Dragon United Monitoring Brigade, or DUMB for short. They even have sashes with the letters on them, making them look... dumb.
- Simple, yet Awesome: Mildew uses Zippleback boots and a Monstrous Nightmare claw stick to frame the dragons. This Foreshadows what Hiccup used for his fire sword, Inferno.
