This event contains examples of:
- The Cameo: Karl and Julietta make an appearance during Eirene's infiltration of the Halidom.
- A Day in the Limelight: This is the first event to feature Laxi, and she gets the focus alongside two androids introduced in this event.
- Late-Arrival Spoiler: In addition to warning about spoilers from Chapters 11 and 14, the mere fact that Laxi is a part of this event (and in her Gala form no less) is enough to spoil those who haven't reached the chapters featuring her. Not only that, but the event takes place in the city of Grams, which the event doesn't even provide a spoiler warning for like it does the previously stated.
- Love Redeems: Eirene's love for Finni results in the two of them making a Heel–Face Turn after Anassa attempts to make Finni self-destruct, resulting in Eirene having to choose between her objective or Finni. Eirene chooses Finni.
- Oh, Crap!: Eirene gets this when she realizes Laxi has activated Eden Mode and she has a mana kiln that allows her to convert mana into power without utterly burning herself out. Julietta also lets this out when she realizes Eirene has stolen Mascula's body.
- Sequel Hook: The attack on Grams was averted, but Eirene and Finni are both rogue androids by Ex Machina's reckoning. Future attacks are very possible as a result.
- The Stinger: After all is said and done, Chelle seats Mascula's remains back in Laxi's room... and considers having her engineering team take a look. As Chapter 19 reveals, they could only repair so much, leaving her to take Finlorda's assistance to finish the job.
- Superboss: The Defense Training mission at the very end tests you against android opponents, so it's only fitting that Laxi is the final opponent.
- This Cannot Be!: Eirene is this when she sees Laxi/Mascula are an android with two hearts one body.
- Upgrade vs. Prototype Fight: Zigzagged; Laxi is the upgrade with Eirene and Finni being the prototypes from Ilia's time, but Laxi was an inferior replication of the technology used in Ex Machina, and only Mascula's support evens the playing field.
