Sicarius is family man Elias Voit, worrying about his two daughters with his wife Sydney and buying a subscription he doesn't want because it'll help some kid go to camp. Tara's girlfriend Rebecca asks to move in with her. Elias gets fired from his job. The UnSub of the week turns out to be undercover in the serial killer network, but on his own and with a personal vendetta.

- Imagine Spot: A neighbor kid brings his father along to sell subscriptions to raise money for camp. His father is rude to Elias, who fantasizes about brutally murdering him.
- Kick the Dog: Elias keeps Moose, a German Shepherd he stole from Tawny in the previous episode, inside a small cage. He starves Moose and feeds him a live man who resembles the father of the kid who sold him the subscription.
