Someone is spree killing with a drone. It is a man who feels guilty about having bombed a school that he thought was a terrorist camp when he worked for the military, who told him he was playing a video game.

- Tori argues that the UnSub shouldn't feel bad about killing hundreds of Afghani people through a drone, because they were terrorists. It doesn't work because he knows that the strike was a mistake and the victims were actually all children.
