The circle game wreaks havoc on the Creek, so Craig forms a council to restore order.
Tropes:
- Brutal Honesty: When Craig asks Bernard if he ate his Cookie Cat, Bernard calmly says "I did, Craig. I definitely did."
- Gilligan Cut: After J.P. says the circle game will never get old, it cuts to the Creek in chaos as the game gets out of hand.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Bernard as usual. When Craig comes to Bernard to ask for his advice, the first thing he does is tell him his problem is dumb. But then he commends Craig for approaching, and attempt to solve, his problem from a political standpoint. And proceeds to give him good advice over what to do.
- My Friends... and Zoidberg: The Council of the Creek consists of leaders of the various factions of the Creek... and Bobby, who apparently represents candy.
- Original Position Fallacy: Paintball Mike thinks the circle game doesn't need rules because he's never had any problems of it being unfair or annoying with how it currently is. As far as he's concerned, if you get circled, you deserve a raspberry.
- Privacy by Distraction: Bobby claims that a kid is giving away candy to separate the paintball kids from Paintball Mike, leaving him alone for Craig and his crew to get him.
- Rogue Juror: Bernard's student council is voting on what to do with extra money from the school fundraiser. All of them want to donate it to a puppy charity, but one, Gibson, wants it for a photo booth. Eventually, the others convince Gibson to agree with them. A similar situation happens with the Creek Council, when Mike refuses to accept the new rules for the circle game, claiming that it's just fine the way it is. It takes some trickery to convince Mike that the game needs rules.
- Shout-Out: Bernard steals one of Craig's Cookie Cats.
- Suspiciously Specific Denial: When Craig walks in on him, Bernard immediately yells "I'm not taking your Cookie Cats, Craig!"
