- Awesome, but Impractical: Numbuh 30C's invention can make snowballs in the summer. The problem is it takes 20 seconds to make one provided you have all the ingredients on hand.
- Bad "Bad Acting": Numbuh 30C's Summerball commercial has this.
- Heel–Face Turn: Numbuh 30C is a lot nicer this time around more acting like a minor nuisance throwing his summer balls at everyone.
- I Ate WHAT?!: Numbuh 2 keeps trying to shill a goo he calls "I Can't Believe It's Not Boogers", which among uses, is edible. Eventually, the judges do try it, only to be grossed out when he reveals it's made from earwax.
- Parody Commercial: Each new invention is presented in one of these.
- What Were They Selling Again?: The French Sectors' invention is about creating a water-proof coating around an individual, but the commercial for it barely has anything to do with it.
