- Abhorrent Admirer: Numbuh 4 is clearly unnerved by Patient C even before he realizes who she is. Later, KND scientists are literally running all over the place trying to avoid her.
- Abnormal Allergy: Numbuh 4 is shown to be allergic to coconut, which in real life is extremely rare.
- Big Damn Heroes: Numbuh 5 and Numbuh 3 arrive in the nick of time to stop the ship crashing into the Deep-Sea Science Lab.
- Body Wipe: This happens when Patient C jumps at Numbuh 4 to hug him.
- Faux Horrific: Patient C, a little girl that the KND scientists were studying for cooties, and everyone but Numbuh 5 is terrified of being touched by. Aside from a bit of Dissonant Serenity though, she's just an average Girly Girl that wants to play. She's also the little sister of Numbuh 59, meaning they're all freaking out over an operative's little sister just because she has cooties.
- Gilligan Cut: Numbuh 1 assures Numbuh 20,000 that his team won't stop for anything until they finish the mission. Cut to inside the Deep-Sea Science Lab...Numbuh 4: Hey, let's stop and get something to eat.
- Girls Have Cooties: Downplayed. The entire reason Patient C was being studied was because of being a carrier of cooties, which everyone but Numbuh 5 is horrified by. Neither Numbuh 3 nor Numbuh 5 are treated as carriers, the latter only being considered infected after she touched Numbuh 4, who the others mistake for being infected due to his allergic reaction to coconuts flaring up right after Patient C hugged him. Even Numbuh 3 is afraid of touching Numbuh 5 after that.
- Horrifying the Horror: Numbuh 4's swollen face frightens Patient C.
- It's the Only Way to Be Sure: Numbuh 20,000 wanted to simply set the treehouse to self-destruct, in order to prevent a outbreak. As the situation gets worse, he gets crazier and suggests crashing the B.L.U.B.B.E.R. into the treehouse, insisting this would knock everyone and thing into the trenches below and thus ensure everyone else will be safe from Patient C. He ends up locking Numbuhs 1 and 74.239 out of the control room so that he can attempt the collision.
- My God, What Have I Done?: After the situation is resolved and learning this was all about cooties, Numbuh 20,000 is very apologetic about his extreme actions.
- Not So Above It All: Numbuh 74.239 tells Numbuh 1 that he won't get Numbuh 20,000 to open the door by shouting and banging on it. Then Patient C appears at the other end of the corridor and he immediately starts doing the same as Numbuh 1.
- Oh, Crap!:
- When Numbuh 1 and 74.239 realize they're stuck between a locked door and Patient C.
- Numbuh 4 upon learning the little girl is Patient C.
- Only Sane Man: Numbuh 5 believes there is no such thing as cooties and is totally exasperated when she realizes that was what the whole mission was about.
- Patient Zero: The little girl named Patient C is this.
- Sanity Slippage: The pressure of trying to contain the supposed outbreak causes Numbuh 20,000 to get progressively crazy, until he finally resorts to commandeering the B.L.U.B.B.E.R. and trying to crash into the treehouse. He's deeply embarrassed to learn he did all this in response to cooties.
- Self-Induced Allergic Reaction: Numbuh 4 is allergic to coconut. This doesn't stop him eating several bars of coconut log anyway, causing him to have a reaction that everyone mistakes for cooties.
- Sequel Episode: The episode continues off from where Operation: V.I.R.U.S. left off.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Numbuh 1 tells Numbuh 20,000 not to sweat his actions, even commending his desire to put the safety of the overall organization ahead of himself.
- Too Dumb to Live: Numbuh 4 forgot he was allergic to coconut, which is why he has that swollen reaction. Numbuh 5 says this is actually a regular occurrence, and she even has to grab the candy out of his hand when he tries to eat some more while all swollen. He also removed his helmet in the treehouse, despite explicitly being told the place was under quarantine.
- You're Insane!: Numbuh 1's reaction to Numbuh 20,000 crashing the B.L.U.B.B.E.R. into the treehouse, saying his entire sector and thousands of scientists would be killed as a result.
