- Beware the Nice Ones: Numbuh 3 may be sweet and may love Rainbow Monkeys, but don't think she won't sic said Rainbow Monkeys on you if you imprison them.
- Chekhov's Gun: The propeller hat Mr. Mogul leaves Numbuh 3 with.
- Cool Airship: Mr. Mogul has one in the shape of a gigantic Rainbow Monkey. After Numbuh 3 thwarts him and saves the Rainbow Monkeys, she makes it the newest addition to her collection.
- A Day in the Limelight: The first of several episodes to focus on Numbuh 3, with the rest of the team not making an appearance until the end.
- Damsel out of Distress: Locked up on an airship all by herself with no way of calling for help, Numbuh 3 breaks herself and the Rainbow Monkeys out, throws Mr. Mogul, Simon and the pilot into the ocean and commandeers their plane to fly herself home, using nothing but her Rainbow Monkey propeller hat.
- "Eureka!" Moment: When Numbuh 3 presses the belly button of her propeller hat, she realizes that she can use the propeller as a makeshift buzz saw and cut her jail bars.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Had Mr. Mogul taken the propeller hat with him, he wouldn't have given Numbuh 3 a way to break out of her cell.
- The Nose Knows: Numbuh 3 is capable of smelling Rainbow Monkeys.
- Tempting Fate: Numbuh 4 wonders out loud if Numbuh 3 has every Rainbow Monkey ever made. Silly boy, ask a stupid question...

Ugly Cute: Actual Rainbow Monkeys aren't nearly as adorable and cheerful as the toys based off them. - The Unreveal: We never know what was going to happen to the Rainbow Monkeys. It's implied to be something quite gruesome.
