The Holy Swords enlist the heroes' help to rescue their captured leader, Kyoshiro Tohdoh. Meanwhile, Euphemia is faced with the difficult duty of choosing her personal knight, but when news of the Grand Alliance's prison raid and rescue reach the reporters, her task may grow more complicated...
- Fantastic Racism: The Decepticons and Britannians nearly come to blows after the heroes flee the field, due to both this and the fact they couldn't stop the Alliance from freeing Tohdoh.
- Great Escape: Kyoshiro Tohdoh, Colonel of the Japanese military, is freed mere moments from his execution by the Autobot-Black Knight Alliance, face off against the Decepticons, and makes a successful getaway with his new allies.
- Not So Above It All: Even Katase couldn't help but shrug at the Four Holy Swords' surprise after witnessing Tamaki accidentally blow up a console with the Guren's Radiant Wave Surger, and Ratchet's subsequent meltdown over it.
- Suddenly Fluent in Gibberish: Much to Shirley and Bumblebee's surprise, Rakshata Chawla is somehow able to understand Bumblebee, apparently being able to decipher the "simple" code in her head.
