Aggregor prepares to initiate the next phase of his plan.
Having captured all of the Andromeda Five, Aggregor proceeds with his plan to absorb their powers, with the Plumbers and the team hot on his trail.- Brainwashed and Crazy: Aggregor uses mind-controlling headbands to brainwash the Andromeda Five into attacking the team so he can buy himself enough time to set up his plan. The team manages to break them, but they soon are teleported to their prison pods.
- The Bus Came Back: Colonel Rozum, who'd only appeared in the series premiere, returns here. Paradox also makes his first appearence in Ultimate Alien.
- Cliffhanger: The episode ends with Aggregor successfully absorbing the Andromeda Five and becoming Ultimate Aggregor.
- Chekhov's Gun: Back in Escape from Aggregor, Dr. Animo used a mind-controlling headband to control a Yeti. Here, Aggregor uses the same technology to unleash the Andromeda Five against the team.
- Does Not Like Guns: When Paradox shows up at the military base, Colonel Rozum goes for his pistol. When it is not in his holster, the pistol soon appears in Paradox's hands, who proceeds to call guns "disgusting things".
- Downer Ending: Despite the team and Max's best efforts, Aggregor successfully absorbs the entirety of the Andromeda Five, becoming Ultimate Aggregor.
- Foreshadowing: When Paradox desires to speak with Kevin, he tells him that "things will get worse before they get better" and that he's sorry, foreshadowing Ultimate Kevin. He also tells Ben not to lean against the Chronal Randomisation Barrier, which is what brings 10 Year-Old Ben to the present in The Forge of Creation.
- Lured into a Trap: Aggregor uses his own ship in order to distract the Plumbers and the team from his current location: Los Soledad. When Ben as Lodestar gets on it, the ship explodes.
- Not Quite Dead: Ben as Lodestar seems to perish at the Aggregor Ship's explosion. However, he manages to rebuild himself due to the alien's magnetic abilities.
- One-Winged Angel: Aggregor absorbs the Andromeda Five, becoming the monstrous Ultimate Aggregor.
- Shout-Out: When leaving Ben and his team to fight Aggregor after some advice, Paradox claims he has some business to take care of "in a galaxy far, far away".Kevin: You ripped that from the movies.
Paradox: I’m a time traveller. How do you know I won't eventually go back in time and say it first? - With Great Power Comes Great Insanity: Discussed. Kevin warns Aggregor that by absorbing the Andromeda Five, he would lose his sanity just like he did as a kid. Aggregor says this is a lie spread by the elite. Not that Aggregor was ever sane to begin with. Given Aggregor's personality makes a marked change after this, Kevin was probably right.
- You Can't Thwart Stage One: Despite the efforts of Ben’s team and Max, Aggregor successfully absorbs the Andromeda Five at the end of the episode, becoming Ultimate Aggregor and completing the first step of his plan.
