The ninth episode of Battle for BFDI and the 40th episode of the overall series, in which Stapy is eliminated and X is revealed to have escaped the incident that killed Four. The featured challenge is, well, basketball, or rather, to throw balls into X's baskets to make them fall and press the team buzzers.
Tropes include:
- Disney Death: X is revealed to have escaped the incident that killed Four, having run away before he could be absorbed into Donut.
- Eat Dirt, Cheap: The episode starts with Marker asking Stapy to play "Eat the Dirt" with him.
- Everyone Has Standards: Stapy loves playing dirt games like "Toss the Dirt" with Marker, but he draws the line at "Eat the Dirt".
- Exact Words: X tells the contestants to use balls to lower the baskets onto the buzzers. Blocky does just that, using Tennis Ball and Basketball.
- It's the Best Whatever, Ever!: X reads the voting results backwards, which Eraser declares the "best April Fools' prank ever". However, it was just an accident.note
- What Happened to the Mouse?: Saw mysteriously disappears after this episode, and doesn't come back until BFB 13.
