Luci receives a letter from her grandfather in Mexico, talking about his birthday party and that he wished she attended. While Luci wishes she could have been at the party, Barney decides to do the next best thing: throw a fiesta of their own. During the party, the group learns about the culture, music, and cuisine of Mexico. Barney's friend Rebecca Garcia stops by to show the gang some traditional Mexican dances. And what fiesta wouldn't be complete without a piñata?
