While attending a concert, Shake and Carl become unwilling participants in the band's peculiar ritual while an army of killer skeletons close in on them.
- Ass Shove: The titular totem pole ritual has Shake shoved into Carl's ass while Carl's head is shoved into Lenny's ass.
- Bolivian Army Ending: The plot ends with Carl finally realizing they are about to be killed by an army of skeletons while Shake remains oblivious. Carl can only muster a small "shut-up" to Shake as the skeletons close in on them.
- Locked Out of the Loop: Shake and Carl spend a majority of the episode unaware (for understandable reason) of just how royally screwed their circumstances are as the unstoppable army of undead skeletons slowly make their way inside the building. Carl only learns the truth right as they are killed.
