A victim of Shake's antics comes back as a vengeful angel hellbent on changing Shake's behavior, threatening him to be Dragged Off to Hell if he does not comply.
- Dragged Off to Hell: A power that the angel has. He forcibly teleports Shake into a fiery hell repeatedly to reel him in whenever he starts acting like a Jerkass.
- Driven to Suicide: Shake shoots himself in the head when he's had enough of being Dragged Off to Hell. This ultimately comes at the cost of being stuck in hell.
- Downer Ending: Shake kills himself and is now suffering for eternity in hell. Meanwhile, Frylock and Meatwad sue Insane Clown Posse for presumably being the cause of Shake's suicide, but they turn into monsters and spit fire, likely killing Frylock, Meatwad, and everyone in the courthouse.
- Good Is Not Nice: "Good" may be a bit generous, but the angel is trying to make Shake atone for his actions and would have likely treated Shake a lot nicer if he actually tried to be a good person.
- Humiliation Conga: Shake is humiliated and tortured by the angel throughout the episode. Though it's Shake, who brings it on himself for not trying to be a better person.
- The Stinger: Halfway through the end credits, it abruptly cuts to Shake washing Carl's car in hell. When asked how long he's going to do this for, the angel appears and hits him with a rock.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Shake commits suicide to finally be rid of the angel (at the cost of being stuck in hell for eternity) while Frylock and Meatwad supposedly die in the burning courtroom.
