Stan is injured when a satellite crashes on him, and Francine takes this as an opportunity to make him dependent on her. Meanwhile, Steve, Hayley, Klaus, and Roger learn that Tuttle's life is a reality show in Korea, and they try to cash in.

- Be Careful What You Wish For: Francine wishes on a shooting star that Stan would need her. Turns out the shooting star was really a satellite and it crushes Stan.
- Didn't Think This Through: Stan tries to destroy Francine's trophy shop by chopping down a pickle shop that's across the street. However, he didn't measure the pickle and found it's not as tall as the street is wide.
- Heartbreak and Ice Cream: Tuttle buys a rainbow cake to celebrate the Smiths hanging out with him, but after they reject him, he throws it in the garbage. However, he is so sad that he ends up eating it out of the bin, much to the joy of the Korean audience.
- It's All About Me: Klaus convinces the others that they should try to get on TV by inserting themselves into Tuttle's life. However, they literally slam the door in Tuttle's face when they learn that the Korean audiences actually hate them.
- The Scrappy: In-Universe. Steve, Hayley, Klaus, and Roger try to make themselves part of Sad Fatso. However, their involvement ends up making Tuttle happy, which causes the Korean viewers to turn it off because the whole point of the show was seeing Tuttle sad and lonely.
- "Truman Show" Plot: Tuttle's life is monitored 24/7 and broadcast to Korea, where it's insanely popular. A Korean producer actually mentions the film."Is called Sad Fatso. Like The Truman Show, but with a sad fatso. Our viewers are very cruel."
