Berserk Button: When Joey is seen with a toy machine gun that Archie had bought him at the store, Mike is furious (since he is anti-war and Archie knew it). So much so he calls Archie a "bad grandfather" ... without thinking that Edith and Gloria might not necessarily agree.
Forceful Kiss: Gloria reveals that Mike's best friend, Al (whom Mike was considering willing custody of Joey to in the event of their deaths, rather than Archie and Edith), had kissed her against her will recently.
Missing Mom and Disappeared Dad: Mike reveals that his parents were killed in a car accident when he was a young boy, which is why he was raised by Uncle Cashmir.
One Of The Girls: Archie fears that by not letting Joey play with guns, he will grow up to play with dolls.
