Angelica is going to be 13! She will officially leave the preteens' world to become a real teenager! She's going to organize a huge party for this event, and, unfortunately, Savannah is organizing a huge party the same day! The worst of it, is that nobody wanted to go to Angelica's party... She's very sad. Will her birthday be good after all?

- Jerkass Has a Point: While Tommy's friends' (especially Phil's) blunt adamant refusal to attend Angelica's party when they learn that everyone has chosen Savannah's party over hers was a bit cold, they weren't entirely unjustified due to how nasty Angelica was and still often is to them. Phil even makes a valid point that Angelica never even wanted to invite him and the others in their friend group to begin with.
- Not Me This Time: Tommy tricks Savannah into cancelling her spring bash by lying and saying that her favorite mascot is doing a meet and greet at a pet store on the same day as revenge for trying to ruin Angelica's party.
