"On [REDACTED DATE], Code name "Stranger" breached containment during a routine testing session. One badnik had been sent in for the clone's physical evaluation, but as soon as it entered the room, the clone's vital signs started to behave erratically. The cameras placed inside the containment room showed it undergoing a rapid transformation. It grew almost triple its initial size. I'm not sure what caused this transformation, but I can say it certainly looked painful.
Once the clone was done transforming, it instantly attacked the evaluation badnik, ripping it open and tearing out the animal powering the machine. It violently devoured the creature. After its attack, it began to tear away at the interior walls. Breach alarms started to go off, but before any measures could be made to contain the clone, it had already escaped into the wild. A badnik search party was dispatched to relocate the clone, but after days of searching, only a few photos could be captured. All things considered, no progress was made.
I determined after the incident that the breach was caused due to a unique mutation that gave the creature increased size and strength. I'm not sure what exactly caused this mutation, but regardless, it isn't my problem anymore. For all I care, as long as that thing isn't causing me any problems, I don't care where it is.
