He looked embarrassed, (he had ordered this moe personality interface, after all) as well as a little terrified of Indira.
"Oh God," Indira said. She could have forgiven dating a free robot. That would have been a little kinky, but not much different from dumping her for a human woman. But cyberslavery? It was legal on an international station like Felice, but it was beneath contempt. Of course, even that assumed the droid was sentient and programmed for subservience. If, on the other hand, it was a "hollow" nonsentient robot... the notion that she might have been dumped for a mindless sex toy was an even viler possibility.
