Basic Trope: In their youth, the character had the same hair they have today.
- Straight: 22-year old Alice is looking at photos of her 10-year old self. Her younger self had the same long hair as her present self.
- Exaggerated:
- Every single detail present Alice has is duplicated in her younger self.
- Bob, Charlie, Danny, and Emily also had the same hairstyles with their younger selves.
- Downplayed:
- 16 year old Alice is looking at photos of her younger self. Her younger self had the same Rapunzel hair as her present self.
- Only the hair length is the same.
- Justified: Alice refused to get a different hair style.
- Inverted: Younger Alice had multicolored hair and shoulder length hair, while the present Alice now only has one hair color and long hair.
- Subverted: Younger Alice had the same long hair... but when Alice looks at a different photo, the Alice in that photo only has shoulder-length hair.
- Double Subverted: That was only one photo, in which Alice was actually wearing a wig. The rest of the photos have long hair.
- Parodied: Younger Alice had rainbow-colored hair. Present Alice makes a remark about how bad she looked in the past... while STILL having the rainbow-colored hair!
- Zig Zagged: Some of the photos have the same hairstyle, while others have different hair styles.
- Averted: Younger Alice does not share the same hair style as older Alice.
- Enforced:
- "We don't have enough time to make a different hair style for younger Alice! Let's have her hair be the same hair style as older Alice."
- Alternatively, the cast have Only Six Faces, and the characters are distinguished by their hairstyle alone. The creators are worried that if they give younger Alice a different hairstyle, the viewers would confuse her with someone else.
- Lampshaded:Alice: "I sure had the same hair style back then!"
- Invoked: Alice gets her hair styled every time it doesn't look like its usual self.
- Exploited: Bob is able to tell apart whose younger self from their hair styles.
- Defied: Alice gets her hair cut before looking at old photos.
- Discussed: "Wow, both have the same hair style!"
- Conversed: "I bet our younger selves will have the same hair style."
