- Everything about the Sword of Surtur. It is a terrible weapon, which possesses the ability to influence any who attempt to wield it. The sword also has many deadly abilities, including the power to instantly burn the flesh from the bones of its victims until their skeletons are vaporized as well.
- Algrim's death the end certainly isn't a pretty sight. And from the tears Loki sheds after he's killed the Dark Elf, it's a trauma that will linger on for a long time.
- Brunhilde's attitude towards men, while it might seem like simple pettiness at first. The fact that it is apparently the policy of the Valkyries to execute all male intruders into their realm. Makes the Valkyries in general, and Brunhilde specifically, come across as rather vicious and barbaric.
