- Given how Cadpig has one of the most expressive faces out of the TV series cast, she was bound to have a Nightmare Face at some point. One particularly notable expression (seen on the right) shows her with bloodshot eyes and a Slasher Smile composed of shark-like teeth. She also gives a nasty one in "My Fair Moochie" when she whirls onto Mooch with eyes glaring and teeth bared. Guess we can say she gets it from her parents.

- Ivy's regular face is cute and adorable, but when she gets angry or sinister, then her face truly lives up to this trope.Ivy: "I'm cute as a button, and ready for war!"
- In one episode after having a particularly nasty falling out with Spot, Lucky has a nightmare where he turns into a chicken.
- 'Invasion of the doggy snatchers.' Just the eerie atmosphere that shrouds the entire episode... The fact that the Lucky, Rolly and Cadpig are acting strange, Sal's constant insistence to Spot that they have been replaced with aliens, and Sal using a slide show with strange, paranormal events, while eerie music plays... Not to mention that Sal eventually turning out to be an alien himself!
