Given that the game's development included some of the designers behind Goat Simulator, an elderly person simulator that allows you to cause any kind of chaos should be nothing but playable comedy, but this game however does have a few unnerving moments.
- The fact that your playable character can cause any kind of mass chaos, going as far as even mass destruction of property to even slaughtering people with little to no in-game consequence. And considering the game is essentially a more bloodier version of Goat Simulator, the many injuries and deaths you can inflict on an NPC can be rather grisly.
- Your playable character themselves can be subject to such graphic mutilation, but unlike the non-playable characters, they're way more resilient. Just got your upper half completely blown off, but still have some health left? Enjoy the sight of a person's decapitated legs running all over the place with visible wounds. Whilst it's clearly Played for Laughs, there is something a little unsettling about a pair of dismembered human legs rushing around the area like a headless chicken.
- The shark that spawns instantly if you or an NPC falls into a body of water. Not helped by the fact that it's mouth is full of jagged thorn-like teeth.
