- In one strip Herman came across a sad-looking wilted flower with a sign by it, saying that this is the worlds most deadly carnivorous plant with remarkable camouflage abilities. It can stand still for up to a hundred years in order to lure in the prey it is specifically bred to capture. Lilleman was also standing by it with a brain-dead grin on his face. Herman promptly mocks the flower and then asks Lilleman why he is looking even more stupid than usual. "Lilleman" then reveals that his whole lower body is actually a giant maw filled with razor-sharp teeth. He proceeds to messily devour Herman alive and then sprout several grotesque looking organic tentacles.Monster Plant: "Finally after all these fucking years! Time to go INTO BLOOM!"
- Its revealed to be a nightmare Herman is having, thankfully.
- At one point, Herman gets hold of the Holy Laptop, a divine computer God uses to streamline the creation process, and randomly mashes a few buttons. He complains that nothing happens, when behind him, a grotesque creature that looks like a cross between a squid, a crocodile and a Cadillac has just popped into existence.
- One story arc has Herman forcing Lilleman to work as the engine for his motorcycle, and the two eventually come across a civilization consisting entirely of concrete, including sentient concrete people. The beings discover that Herman is toxic to their environment and attempts to sterilize him, only for his foot fungus to quickly spread outwards in all directions and exterminate them. Herman doesn't even care.
- One strip reveals that Herman created Satan when Lucifer came to Earth, and Herman burned off his wings with a flaming sword. God then forces Lucifer to dig out Hell by HAND.
- The Prehistoric Roaches are this on occasion, they're recurring minor villains who are not only basically unkillable, but also sees it as their life mission to make life miserable for every other being on the planet, they simply don't care how much damage they cause, since they can survive any sort of attack or disaster.
- Herman himself is this to damn near every other biological lifeform around; he is essentially an apex predator with no natural enemies.
- One short story has Herman go on a walkabout, where he is eventually interrupted by The Maker, who suggests he takes a different route than the one he is currently walking. The reason? He accidentally created carnivorous chainsaw buzzards in that area on the 6th Day, because he was hung over. And yes, the buzzards are in fact birds of prey with chainsaw beaks.
