Tropes:

  • Auto-Tune: Used extensively throughout the album, often for creative effects, like on "Lucky."
  • Boastful Rap: "I Got It."
  • Broken Record: The repetitive refrains of "I Got It" ("I got it I got it I got it I got it I got it I got it...") and "Unlock It" (“Lock it lock it lock it lock it lock it lock it, unlock it.”)
  • Careful with That Axe: "Tears" features Caroline Polachek's high pitched screaming in the chorus.
  • Car Song: "Porsche," one of several car songs in Charli's discography.
  • Epic Rocking: "Track 10" is Charli's first and currently only officially released song to go past the five minute mark.
  • Non-Appearing Title: "Track 10."
  • Repetitive Audio Glitch: Used to brief but creatively heartbreaking effect in "Lucky," where the vocals briefly skip at the line "You got no reception, you're brea-ea-king up...".
  • Robot Girl: "Femmebot" gleefully toys with this imagery, using a ton of playful robot metaphors.
  • Sampling:
    • "Unlock It" samples its producer A.G. Cook's own "Beautiful."
    • "Delicious" uses sampling as a Call-Back by interrupting the song with a ringtone... of none other than Charli's own "Boom Clap."
  • Self-Referential Track Placement: "Track 10" is, you guessed it, track #10.
  • A Wild Rapper Appears!: Among the album's many features are rappers Jay Park, Brooke Candy, Cupcakke, and Pabllo Vittar.
