" is a short fantasy story realised in 2019.
It is about a dragon called Pen who was born unusually small and as a result, is often ignored, scorned and sometimes outright torment by the rest of his kinda. One day a hunter returns and claims to have done battle with the Red Knight.
The Red Knight is a legendary dragon slayer, who has become so renowned that many dragons, often seek him out in order to gain fame and fortune.
Pen having had enough of his poor treatment that he goes out an epic quest to defeat Red and finally get the respect he has always wanted! It doesn't go very well.
This book provides examples of:
- The Dragonslayer: The Red Knight is famous for being one.
- Rescue Introduction: Pen's first meeting with Red Knight involves said knight rescuing him from bandits
- Shoulder-Sized Dragon: Unlike other dragons Pen is really small, this fact along is responsible for the entire plot of the story.
