The Katar Sector is a region of space within the Sporewiki Fiction Universe and a project a good deal of users are working on. The sector started as a way to map out the events of the Great Tyranny War more easily, but has since grown in diversity and scope as more people wanted to join.
This Shared Universe gives examples of the following tropes:
- Big Bad: The Drakodominatus Tyranny. Foreign, extreme darwinistic, ginormous biological constructs of their own design. They gained a foothold in the Katar Sector in 2785 and have been in a state of near-perpetual war with the Drodo Empire ever since.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Most of Angrybirds' military campaigns end like this, with him on the dealing side of the equation.
- There is a notable exception to that rule. When he controlled the Mardor during the Battle for the Aeoneonatrix Empire, a vastly technologically superior fleet from the United Federation of Species obliterated his navy within minutes of their joining the battle.
- The Tarkan invasion of the Miperiors Empire is this.
- As is Operation Trenail, the FPC's invasion of the New Corproate Krickan Union.
- To the credit of the NCKU, all of their forces were occupied repelling a Drodo invasion at roughly the same time. Vastly outnumbered and demoralized, nearly every force and planet the FPC met was very willing to surrender.
