Archnemesis Dad: Emu's father Kiyonaga Hojo appears and fights him as Kamen Rider Genm.
Cerebus Retcon: The Running Gag of Emu tripping over himself and getting hurt is explained here. Apparently, it's a habit he developed as form of self-harm so he would have an excuse to spend time at the hospital where he could look to the nice doctors as a Parental Substitute in place of his neglectful father.
Distant Sequel: Takes place in 2023, three years following Another Ending, which is itself two years following True Ending.
