DrDisrespect (also called The Doc or the Two-Time) is the online personality of former Twitch streamer Guy Beahm.
His experience with video games started with Halo and he stepped into online entertainment in 2010 by posting short films and gameplay videos on his YouTube channel. He became a community manager for Sledgehammer Games the next year, eventually quitting this position to stream full-time on Justin.tv (now Twitch).
He became popular for streaming games in the Battle Royale and First-Person Shooter genres such as H1Z1 and Player Unknowns Battlegrounds. He's also streamed Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Apex Legends, Escape from Tarkov, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). He's gotten major sponsorships from Gillette and G-Fuel, and has an estimated net worth of $3.5 million.

In June 2020, DrDisrespect was permanently banned from Twitch for unspecified reasons. In August 2020, he returned to YouTube, where he resumed streaming.
His videos include instances of:
- Area 51: He did a video series where Alex is trapped in Area 51 and leaves clues for the viewers to solve.
- Cool Car: He sports a red 1990 Lamborghini Diablo.
- Cool Shades: Another part of his signature look.
- Droste Image: The thumbnail for a video where Doc and TimTheTatman spectate each other recursively.
- In-Character Let's Play: He tries to do all of his livestreams in-character, only breaking character when something serious happens.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: His personality is often harsh, but underneath that he truly cares about his fans and viewers.
- Mean Boss: One of his Running Gags is him constantly firing his fictional manager Alex.
- Mirror Monologue: One of his recurring skits has him talking to himself in the mirror, encouraging himself to get his game together.
- Persona Non Grata: He's become this to Twitch, who banned him for unspecified reasons. To the point where after he appeared on another person's stream, a rule was placed which would punish any streamer who had anyone who was banned appear on their stream.
- Rage Quit: Inevitably happens whenever he starts routinely streaming a video game. Eventually something will happen that he makes him angry and he'll uninstall the game, whether it be Player Unknowns Battlegrounds, Apex Legends, or especially Fortnite. Usually this is short-lived and he re-installs the games.
- Ridiculously Human Robots: RoboDoc is the Doc's robotic alter ego who occasionally takes over the stream.
- Rousing Speech: In one of his early videos, DrDisrespect gives a speech to his roommate Randy to make him become the best after having a bad game.
- Say My Name: He's prone to yelling "RAUL!!!", a FIFA 07 reference to the Real Madrid soccer player scoring.
- Self-Deprecation: After Doc got temporarily banned from Twitch for livestreaming his bathroom break during E3, he posted Twitch emotes referencing the incident. Not surprisingly, Twitch rejected them.
- Snot Bubble: Used in his "snoozefest" emote.
- Testosterone Poisoning: He's known for his hyper-masculine and dominant personality, constantly reminding everyone that he's the best.
- Voice Clip Song: A fan sampled a tune that the Doc made up while playing PUBG with Halifax, and both were impressed by the end result.
