** Elliot and Oz have a textbook MeetCute: their eyes meet after they reach for the same book at the library, they get to talking about how much they love the book, and Elliot acting like a stereotypical {{Tsundere}} character. (One non-fujoshi who wasn't familiar with the series, upon seeing the relevant pages out of context, asked if it was an actual BoysLove comic.) Elliot subsequently rescues Oz while talking about how he's sworn to protect everyone important to him, and even breaks him out of a HeroicBSOD. It ends up in FoeYay territory when it turns out they come from FeudingFamilies, and Elliot tries to deny that Oz could be the person he's supposed to hate, just because he doesn't want to dislike Oz. Then things like [[http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/7820/66630952.jpg this]] happen and it's really hard to write it off as ShippingGoggles.

* Oz and Leo have this too, such as in chapter 62 when Leo says he's come for Oz and chapter 63 where Oz says Leo looks really great after his ImportantHaircut and losing the glasses. Also, Oz to Leo in chapter 65 about not wanting them to be enemies: "[[http://www.mangareader.net/pandora-hearts/65/45 I'm glad that we met! No matter how hard it was...and how sad...I never wished that...I'd never met you!]]" Or in chapter 70 Oz tells Jack he won't let him harm Leo because Leo is his friend. Leo also gets his FoeYay with Oz when he has Oz chase him and when Oz escapes he states that their game of tag is not over yet before finding him later with a huge smile on his face.

*** Speaking of Caucus Race, in the first volume we are treated to a story where Gil has (another) marriage meeting, and his potential fiancee guesses correctly that his reluctance to get married is because of his devotion to his master. Vincent brings this up as well. Meanwhile, Oz, who is spying on this meeting, contemplates Gilbert getting married and isn't sure what to think of it.

*** In another Caucus Race story Oz shows up to nurse Alice back to health when she has a cold and he made oatmeal. He's also wearing an apron with a baby chick on it. Gil looks at him and thinks about how Oz looks "cute" and is also against Oz feeding Alice because its not something his master should be doing but rather its a servants job.
*** Gil carries Oz in Caucus Race when he's ill and looks after him a lot. He also disapproves of anyone but him feeding Oz and Oz thinks about how nice and cold Gil's big hands feel when he's taking care of him.

** Not to mention the third omake with all their where Gilbert is a teacher and (literally) runs into one of his new students, Oz, when he's late on the way to the school. It's literally just a mess of HotForStudent implications and how Gil moments. Gilbert constantly blushes around Oz and Oz, not to mention how in this omake he sees [[BishieSparkle sparkles]] around him, and lest we forget... Gil's him. And those are only the basics...
** Gilbert's
character song. Just his character song, which is very obviously dedicated to Oz, reads suspiciously like a love song.

*** The volume after all of this happens, Oz tells Gilbert he has to go back to Glen because [[spoiler: he's a Baskerville]] and he feels that anybody who stays with him ends up getting hurt. Oz continues this by exploiting his new knowledge that [[spoiler: he is a Chain]] to try and express to Gilbert what a bad idea it would be to stay. Gilbert still refuses to leave Oz's side and [[spoiler: ends up betraying Glen,]] stating that he has made a lot of things his in the past fifteen years and is not going to throw them away now. Fifteen years ago was when he met Oz.
**** Echo gives Oz a speech when he is imprisoned before Gilbert [[spoiler: burns off his left arm,]] telling Oz he should still want to live and that he's [[spoiler: more than just a Chain.]] This does little to lift his spirits even though she is his [[ImpliedLoveInterest Implied Love Interest.]] However, after [[spoiler: burning off his left arm and betraying Glen for Oz,]] Gilbert gives Oz a similar, much longer speech that reads off suspiciously like an AnguishedDeclarationOfLove and, unlike Echo's speech, this speech completely snaps Oz out of his HeroicBSOD.
