Volume One
- In the anime adaptation's expanded scenes, it shows that Tilty and Anis have a rather friendly relationship during the days before Anis recruited Euphie.
- Anis is able to realize the situation that Euphie is in, and she decides to take it upon herself to 'kidnap' Euphie, so she can take her away from her horrible situation.
Volume Two
- Euphie acting as Anis' support as she is having difficulty being able to stand up after her fight with her brother.
- Algard asking Euphie to take care of his sister for him which she tells him that she'll do that.
- Euphie kissing Anis while she is lying unconscious.
Volume Three
- Euphie willing to sacrifice her humanity in order to take Anis' place as queen.
