A very weird version, but the ending to the Mystery of Talara reunites Lady Jyllia with her best friend, the eponymous Princess Talara. It's still weird because Gynda turns out to be Jyllia and Jyllia IS Talara.
As absolutely weird as the moment (and indeed the entire freaking book) is, there's something very kind about the unborn Vivec giving his mother the means to die peacefully at the hands of the dwemer machines.
