Heartwarming / Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey

• Seeing Jeronicus warm up to Journey throughout the film, which culminates in them telling each other that they love one another during the escape.
• Jessica and Jeronicus mending their relationship, especially the quiet song he sings to her to say that he wants to be there for her and Journey, and that she's the reason he's ever smiled throughout the years.
• Jeronicus revealing that he was going to give the gyroscopic stabilizer to Gustafson before he ran away, saying he would've shown him everything had he just been patient. What really sells it is that there's no indication that Jeronicus resents him whatsoever. In the credits, Gustafson is seen sitting in jail, working on his invention. Maybe there's hope for him after all, once he's served his time.
• Overlaps with Fridge Brilliance. The Jeronicus factory we see at the very end of the film looks nearly identical to Gustafson's that we see throughout the film. It seems Gustafson had a change of heart and gave the company to Jeronicus sometime between the end of the story that Journey was recounting and the beginning of the framing device.
