  • While there is also nightmare fuel with the scene around them, the turning speech with Lestat and Louis—the former saying how Louis is loved and need not be ashamed of how he is—counts as this.
  • The fond (but tragically final) moment between Louis and Paul watching the sunrise on the roof, with them both affirming their love for each other.
  • Grace initially defends her brother against comments from her mother and even the Catholic Father leans into plausible deniability of Paul's death being an accident to say how he won't be in Hell.
  • Lestat gives Louis harsh/poor advice on the family situation, but him comforting a crying Louis by wiping his tears and then inviting him to go to the opera together. There's also Louis' happiness at how happy Lestat is during the performance.
  • The early days with Claudia, who has a very energetic and happy love for her new life—as well as how much her adoptive father Louis clearly adores her.
  • How Louis never stops looking for Claudia after she left following Lestat's cruelty—and how even Claudia, who does not want to ever go back, mentions how Louis is like a dad to her to the new vampire she meets. This all culminates to her witnessing Grace leaving her brother for the final time and Louis sobbing from this—which leads to Claudia coming to the conclusion that she was made to be a sister to Louis, finally giving her what she considers to be the correct answer to a question that has tormented her over a decade. The hug that they both share when she finally returns home is made of this trope.
    • She likely knew it would set Lestat off, but she comes home for the sole purpose of collecting Louis so the two can leave together.
  • Claudia and Louis supporting each other as family during episode 6, especially Claudia helping Louis recover after his abuse from Lestat.
  • Despite their frequently butting heads and Daniel's rudeness, when Daniel falls asleep due to his medication in the middle of an interview, Louis decides to let him sleep. He also asks Rashid to give Daniel a pillow and blanket so he can have pleasant dreams.
  • After all the pain Louis has been through, there's one silver lining: He is in a committed, loving relationship with the vampire Armand and Armand clearly treasures him. The latter even angrily tells Daniel that once Daniel knows the whole story, he'll be ashamed for speaking harshly to Louis. Just before Louis pronounces Armand "the love of my life."
