Heartwarming / Eight Crazy Nights

• Whitey finally getting the All-Star patch from the mayor and the current recipient... before every other winner gave theirs to Whitey after he waited for years to finally get one. Before that night they all thought of him as a joke, so it's wonderful to see everyone finally give him the respect they should have from the beginning.
  • Not to mention that the person who made everyone realize how much Whitey has done for them was hated by nearly everyone in the community, and was only a few seconds away from being sent to jail for ten years.
    Davey: ♪ The reason I bring this up to you is because I was the worst offender of all! My life was simply going nowhere // Then a tiny little man rushed to my side. He should've gotten a big thank you // Instead he got a Porta-Potti ride. ♪
  • And Davey's dream, which he mentions after Whitey wonders how he could repay him for what he'd done...
    Davey: To have someone wish me a Happy Hanukkah and feel as good as I used to when my dad would say it to me.
    Whitey: Happy Hanukkah, Stone.
    Davey: Merry Christmas, Whitey. (They hug)
• While Davey viciously mocks a fat boy and says he wanted to see him cry again, the boy's parents are comforting him before turning to Davey to stare daggers at him for the way he was treating him.
• When playing basketball, Davey's actually pretty good with Benjamin, encouraging him and being relatively patient with him. It's negated by Jennifer walking in just as Benjamin was told to swear at the losers of the game, but it still shows Davey has some positive traits in him even before his development.
