Heartwarming / Dolph Ziggler

• During an appearance on NXT with his girlfriend/manager AJ Lee and enforcer Big E. Langston, Dolph becomes enraged when the crowd taunts AJ by chanting "AJ's crazy!" He shouts at the crowd to leave her alone, and when that doesn't stop them, Dolph runs over to AJ and cups his hands over her ears so she won't have to hear it.
• During the April 8th episode of Raw, which happened to be the Raw after Wrestlemania 29, Dolph Ziggler finally cashed in his Money in the Bank contract to become World Heavyweight Champion. This is all good, but there was more. The crowd, which was absolutely electric and hot the entire night, went into the loudest pop heard since CM Punk won the WWE Title at Money in the Bank 2011. And then to top it off, AJ Lee and Big E. Langston went completely wild. AJ herself was almost brought to tears and all three embraced multiple times during his celebration. For a man who has come from the lowest levels of the company and the worst gimmicks, constantly grinding year after year, multiple setbacks abound after many pushes, to finally reach the mountaintop with an utterly supportive and amazing crowd and two great friends beside him to celebrate his victory...he even said it himself. It may have been the night after Wrestlemania but this was his Wrestlemania moment, and everyone got to share in it and grant him their love.
• At a WWE house show in Ontario, Canada, Alberto Del Rio wrestled Dolph Ziggler. At one point in the match, Del Rio steps outside the ring and snatches a young girl's Dolph sign from the front row. He teases her with it a bit, then tears it in two right in front of her, causing her to break down into tears immediately. Dolph then runs out to her and gives her a hug, then later gives her his shirt. Both men were applauded for this show of fan interaction. This is to say nothing of the fans, who suggested that Dolph hand the girl the shirt. A perfect face/heel interaction all around during a time when Del Rio struggled to get heat as the heel World Champion on WWE TV.
• A minor one, but after crashing a fight when a Heel Sheamus was beating the ever-loving crap out of one Zack Ryder, the first thing that Ziggler did was check to see if Ryder was okay after the beating he took, before proceeding to call out Sheamus. Considering the history the two had, that speaks volumes.
