Heartwarming / Arise: A Simple Story

• The whole game is torn between this and Tear Jerker, being a story of the life of the man and his wife, with all the ups and downs that entails.
• The entirety of the fifth chapter, fittingly titled romance. The entire thing recounts the joyful reunion between the man and the woman who becomes his wife, represented across a gorgeous lake of lilies beneath the stars culminating in what is implied to be their First Kiss.
• At the end of the game, the man finds a statue of his wife holding their stillborn child. He sits down next to her, caresses her, holds her, and contentedly turns to stone while doing so. In the end, he got to be with the ones he loved for eternity.
