• Is it just me or does it seem like characters lose their monsters in between storylines? For instance, in Joey's story, Mai starts with Mavelus, Wing Eagle (which can be fused into Crimson Sunbird) and Kanan the Swordsmistress but in Yugi's story, she has Harpie's Pet Dragon, Harpie Lady (Airo) and Curse of Dragon. Then, Kaiba, also in Joey's story, has three Blue-Eyes White Dragons, Mokuba has Kyurel, Illusory Gentleman and Robotic Knight and Marthis has Summoned Skull, Zoa and Beast of Glifer. In Kaiba's story on the other hand, Kaiba starts with Hitotsu-Me Giant, Crawling Dragon and Saggi the Dark Clown, Mokuba has Three-Headed Geedo, Armored Lizard and Zarigun and Marthis has Dark Plant, Dark King of the Abyss and Water Girl.
