  • When you're spending time either of the hostesses in Kiwami, they get upset if you wear the same outfit as the previous visit. Sure, it doesn't affect their enjoyment that much, but it still seems kinda mean to criticize the player over a mechanic that's locked off until after you beat the game. Why is this here?
    • You sort of misunderstand how that mechanic works. If you visit a hostess with different weapons/armor/accessories equipped from the last time you saw them, then you get the boost for "wearing new things". Whereas, if you wear nothing constantly, or don't switch up your gear, you get the "oh, you always wear that" comment without a boost.
  • Why the hell is West Park called as such despite being located in the northeast corner of the map? Is Kamurocho located in the west part of Tokyo? Was something either mistranslated or lost in translation? Or did someone on staff just really wanna fuck with people?
In a later game, this is explained
"When plans for West Park were being drawn up, the head planner at Tokyo's Bureau of Construction accidentally wrote its name as "West Park" on the map, despite being in the north-east of Kamurocho."
  • Is it ever explained why Kazama and Kashiwagi apparently didn't do anything to help support Yuko?
    • They had been helping, Yuko was just too weak to survive her next surgery regardless.
      • In addition, Nishikiyama never brought up his sister in his reason for why his family started moving in on Kazama Family turf. Because of his pride as a patriarch and as a man, he felt that he *couldn't* tell them, which only adds to poor Nishiki's fatal flaw which led to his downfall.
  • In the endgame chapter, Jingu reveals that he told Nishiki about the ten billion yen in order to provoke him into disrupting the Tojo Clan, but in post-timeskip Nishiki's introductory chapter, he says it was Terada who told him about the money - as in, the guy who was working with Kazama, against Jingu. Did I miss something?
    • After Jingu realized that Sera didn't kill Yumi & Haruka, he began to court the Omi for his future criminal endeavors, part of which initially included Terada as the Head of Omi HQ, who Jingu would tell him to leak the info. But once it became obvious that Terada was trying to help the Tojo, Jingu went over his head and started talking directly to the Omi Chairman without Terada' knowledge.
