  • When Gloria, Iggy and Jacob lived by themselves before Holly moved into the apartment, they cooked for themselves; Gloria and Jacob make pancakes in the flashback episode "How it All Began". So why does Holly not allow them to use the hot stove because they're "too little"? Also, they must have done their own laundry back then, and they couldn't have done it by hand, since "The No-Power Hour" shows them learning how clothes were washed before electricity. So why do Iggy and Jacob not know how to use the washer and dryer in "Laundry Day"? Of course it all comes down to Ping Pong Naïveté, but is there any in-universe explanation?
    • Gloria did the laundry?
    • Not an in-universe example, but there's comments on both the WMG and YMMV pages suggesting that Gloria, Iggy, and Jacob are just figments of Holly's imagination.
  • Are Gloria, Iggy, and Jacob children or adults?! They were able to live by themselves, but they acted child-like. This troper assumed they were kids and Holly was their adopted mother.
    • They are supposed to be kids. The episode "Safety Poster Contest" reveals that all three of them are under twelve years old. But how old they are remains a mystery.
