• If the show has Negative Continuity and each is the first time Tom goes to the mayor, then why does Tom remember the events of every episode? Is it just to rub it in his face that none of his ideas work? And expanding on that, why do Tom’s step kids keep their rebirthing names after the episode it was changed?
